Dua For Protection With Translation


Allama Qummi, on the 'Hashiya' of Mafatihul-Jinnan, has narrated from Ibn-e-Fahad that Abu Dawood was informed that his house is on fire. He replied that his house is not on fire. Then second news came that indeed his house was not burning. Third news came that houses around Abu Dawood's house were on fire but his house was not burning. So the people asked Abu Dawood how he came to know that his house is not on fire'. He replied, '"I have heard from the Holy Prophet(s.a.w.) that if one recites the following Dua in the morning, no loss will occur to him on that day. If recited at night, no loss will  occur during the night.
The following is the Dua. It is narrated that for protection, 4 Quls also should be recited (Qulhowallaho Ahad, Qul Aoozo be Rabbil Falak, Qul Aoozo be Rabbil Nas and Qul Ya Ayyohal Kaferoon) - Late Mohammed Ismail Rajabi
BISMILLAHIR RAHMANIR RAHEEM
ALLAAHUMMA ANTA RABBEE, LAA ELAAHA
ILLAA ANTA. ALAYKA TAWAKKALTO WA ANTA
RABBUL A'RSHIL AZEEM WA LAA HAWLA WA
LAA QUWWATA ILLAA BILLAAHIL A'LIYYIL
A'ZEEM. MAA-SHAA-ALLAAHO KAANA WA MAA
LAM YASHAAA-0 LAM YAKUN A-A'LMO
INNALLAAHA A'LAA KULLE SHAYIN QADEER.
WA ANNALLAAHA QAD AHAATA BE KULLE
SHAYIN I'LMAA. ALLAAHUMMA INNEE A-00'ZO
BEKA MIN SHARRE NAFSE WA MIN SHARRE
QAZAAA-IS S000-E WA MIN SHARRE KULLE
ZEE SHARRIWN WA MIN SHARRIL JINNE WAL
INSE WA MIN SHARRE DAAAB-BATIN ANTA
AAKHEZUN BE NAASEYATEHAA INNA RABBEE
A'LAA SERAATIM MUSTAQEEM.

 In the name of Allah, the most beneficent
and merciful.
O Allah! You are my Sustainer. There is no one worth worshipping except You. I trust You. You are the Master of the Universe. There is no one as Powerful and Strong as the Exalted and al-Mighty Allah. Whatever Allah wishes happens and whatever He does not wish cannot happen. He is All-Pervading. Indeed Allah has power over all things. Indeed His knowledge encompasses all things. oAllah! I ask Your protection from the evil of my Soul, protection from painful death, protection from the evil of things, people and beasts. You punish those who harm me. Indeed, my Allah is on the straight path of Justice (It means He is not unjust).
