It is narrated that when the Holy Prophet(s.a.w.a.) went for 'Mearaj', he saw one angel who had 1000 hands, each head had 1000 faces, each face had 1000 tongues and each tongue was reciting 'tasbeeh' of Allah (s.w.t.) in 1000 ways One day, this angel asked Allah (s.w.t.) '0 Lord! Is there any slave of yours who prays as much as I do?'
Allah (s.w.t.) revealed that there is one slave who prays and recites 'tasbeeh' more than you do. On hearing this, the angel said, O Lord, give me permission so that I can go and see him'
The permission was granted and he came down to earth. He saw that the person was reciting the following dua after every namaz It means there is so much 'sawab in this dua.
SUBHAANALLAAHE KULLAMAA
SABBAHALLAAHO SHAYUN WA KAMAA
YOHIBBULLAAHO AN YOSABBAH WA KAMAA
HOWA AHLOHU, WA KAMAA YANBAGHEE LE
KARAME WAJHEHI WA IZZE JALAALEHI, WAL
HAMDO LILLAAHE KULLAMAA HAMEDALLAAH
SHAYUN, WA KAMAA YOHIBBULLAAHO AN
YOHMADA WA KAMAA HOWA AHLOHU, WA
KAMAA YANBAGHEE LE KARAME WAJHEHI WA
IZZE JALAALEHI WA LAA ELAAHAA ILLALLAHO
KULLAMAA HALLALLAAHA SHAYUN WA KAMA
YOHIBULLAAHO AN YOHALLAL WA KAMAA
HOWA AHLOHU WA KAMAA YANBAGHEE LE
KARAME WAJHEHI WA I'ZZE JALAALEHI
WALLAAHO AKBARO, A'LAA KULLE NE'MATIN
AN-A'M BEHAA A'LAYYA WA A'LAA KULLE
AHADIN MIN KHALQEHI, MIMMAN KAANA
HOWA YAQ00NO ELAA YAWMIL QEYAAMATE
ALLAAHUMMA INNEE ASALOKA ANTO SALLE
A'LAA MOHAMMADIN WA AALE MOHAMMAD,
WA ASALOKA MIN KHAYRE MAA ARJ00 WA
MIN KHAYRE MAALAA ARJ00 WA A-00'ZO
BEKA MIN SHARRE MAA AHZARO WA MIN
SHARRE MAALAA AHZARO.
