Namaz E Gofaila (with translation)



TIME: This namaz should be recited between Magrib and Isha namaaz
NIYYAT:  iam praying 2 Rakat Namaz-e-Gofaila sunnat Qurbatan Elal-lah. In first rakat after Sur-e-Alhamd, recite

 WA ZAN-NOONE IZ-ZAHABA MOGHAZEBAN,
FA-ZAN-NAN AN LAN NAKDERA ALAYHE
FA-NAADAA FIZ-ZOLOMAATE AN-LAA-ELAAHA
ILLAA ANTA SUBHAANAKA INNEE KUNTO
MENAZ ZAALEMINA, FASTAJABNAA LAHU
WA-NAJJAY- NAAHO MENAL GHAMME WA
KAZAALEKA NUNJIL MOMENEEN.

 And Yunus, when he went away in wrath, so he thought that We would not straiten him, so he called out among afflictions: There is no god but Thou, glory be to
Thee; surely I am of those who make themselves to suffer loss. So We responded to him and delivered him from the grief and thus do We deliver the believers.
(Sure Ambiya 12 Ayat 87)

 In second rakat, after Surah Alhamd recite: 

 WA I'NDAHU MAFAATEHUL GHAYBE LAA
YALAMOHAA ILLAA HOWA, WA YALAMO MAA
FIL BARRE WAL BAHRE, WA MAA TAS00TO
MIN WARAQATIN ILLAA YA'LAMOHAA WALAA
HABBATIN FEE ZOLOMAATIL ARZE WA LAA
RATBIWN WA LAA YAABESIN ILLAA FEE
KETAABIM MOBEEN.

 And with Him are the keys of the unseen treasures none knows-them but He; and He knows what is in the land and the sea,
and there falls not a leaf but He knows it. nor a grain in the darkness of the earth, nor anything green nor dry but (it is all) in a clear book. 

 In 'Qunoot recite the following
ALLAAHUMMA SALLE A'LAA MOHAMMADIWN
MOHAMMADIN. ALLAAHUMMA INNEE
WA AAL
AS-ALOKA BE MAFAATEHIL GHAYBILLATEE LAA
YALAMOHAA ILLAA ANTA, AN TOSALLEYA
LAA MOHAMMADIWN WA ALE
MOHAMMADIN WA AN TAF-A'LA BEE..
 (THEN ASK WHATEVER YOU WANT AND THEN RECITE).
PLMAN WAASEA'N, WA AMALAN SAALEHAN,
WA RIZQAN HALAALAN TAYYEBAN TAAHERAN
ALLAAHUMMA ANTA WALIYY0 NEA'MATEE,
WAL QAADERO A'LAATALEBATEE TA'LAMO
HAAJATEE FA AS-ALOKA BE HAQQE
MOHAMMADIWN WA AALE MOHAMMAD
ANTOSALLE A'LAA MOHAMMADIWN WA AALE
MOHAMMAD.

 Allah! I beseech You to give me the keys
of the hidden which no one knows except You. Bless Mohammad (s.a.w.w)  and bestow Pure & Clean Sentence  (rozi) to me (then ask whatever you want), Allah! You alone are the bestower of bounties. You have power over all things. You are fully aware of my needs. I beseech You through Mohammed-O-Ale- Mohammed (s.a.w.a.). Send blessings on Mohammed and his progeny (a.s.).
